Isle of Wight GP

Tier 4 | Championship

Royal Victoria Yacht Club, United Kingdom

09 May 2026 - 10 May 2026

Early Entry Fee: GBP 55

Required membership: WASZP UK Class Membership 2026

Event Information:

We return to the Isle of Wight for another year and a weekend that offers something a little different on the WASZP calendar.

Getting there:

- SAIL: As previous years there will be the option to sail over on Friday evening from Stokes Bay on the mainland escorted by ribs from the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. They will bring over kit and trolleys leaving you only needing to sail the WASZP over. For the return on Sunday after the event the same arrangement will be in reverse.

- FERRY: A discount of 20% has been agreed on all crossings from Portsmouth to Fishbourne on Wightlink. This is for car, trailer and foot passengers. The link to the ferry booking will be made available to all those entered.

- WALK: We are hoping to agree with Wightlink Ferries that an option to walk on with your WASZP on its trolley. This would mean leaving your car/trailer in Portsmouth where there is limited trailer parking close by the ferry terminal. Ferry travel would then be foot passenger rate.

Once you are there the RVYC will provide the hospitality you need to feel welcome. Food will be available on arrival on Friday night. An event meal is included in the entry for Saturday evening.

Accommodation is available locally and there is limited camping next to the club as well as further camping options in Kite Hill Camp Site near the club.

Get your entry in early, the early bird rate ends on May 1 and increases by £10.
