This Privacy Policy refers to the information collected, stored and used through the RaceHub platform by the following organisations:

  • International WASZP Class Association
  • KA Sail Australia
  • Specific National WASZP Class Associations (NWCA)

    • This is only the case if you are a member of one or more National WASZP Class Association(s) through the RaceHub platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to NWCA membership purchased outside of the RaceHub platform. If you are a member of a NWCA, the secretary/administrator of the relevant NWCA will have access to the same personal information as the other organisations listed above for its members only and not for the entire database. Your information will be used for the same or similar purposes as the other organisations above and your rights associated with that information remain the same. If you are not a member of that NWCA, the secretary/administrator will not have access to your personal information. See the contact details at the bottom of this section for the relevant NWCAs.


    This Privacy Policy is intended to explain the types of information we, the organisations listed above, collect about you and how we use and share that information. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • (b) Contract (in the case of membership purchases, entry fee purchases and event entry or any other purchase)

    We may ask you to provide personal information when you create or update an account on this site, when you make a membership purchase, when you enter an event or competition, when you sign up to receive emails from KA Sail or other marketing materials, when you view your order history, when you participate in contests and surveys and when you contact us. .

    Categories of personal information collected online include name, email address, gender, date of birth, country, and any other information you choose to provide us.

    Collection of Payment Information:

    We do not store any cardholder data on our servers. All credit card payment details are securely sent to the Stripe ((https://stripe.com/au/legal) payment gateway. We have no rights to the cardholder data and do not share any cardholder data with any third parties other than the Stripe secure payment gateway.     Racehub.waszp.com gathers navigational information about the pages visitors view on our website and information about the technical efficiencies of our website and services (for example, the time it takes to connect to our website, the time it takes to download pages etc.). Examples of select third parties could include sailing club administrators, race officials and national governing bodies for the sport of sailing.

    We may use third-party vendors to help us provide services to you, such as monitoring site activity; hosting the website; assisting us with our social media pages; providing promotional strategy; processing orders; running promotions, events and surveys; maintaining our database; providing store locator services; processing employment applications; administering and monitoring emails; or to market to you.

    Your information is strictly not sold, and not provided to any other party for marketing non KA products.
