Magenta Foiling WASZP Clinic 2025


Elevate Your Foiling Skills!


Join us for the Magenta Foiling WASZP Clinic 2025, proudly hosted by The Magenta Foiling Team in affiliation with the Magenta Project and in partnership with the Royal St George Yacht Club.


This fantastic opportunity is designed for Magenta Project mentees, alumni, and prospective mentees looking to advance their foiling expertise.


📅 Dates: Saturday, May 31st - Sunday, June 1st, 2025

📍 Location: Royal St George Yacht Club, Harbour Rd, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland


What to Expect: Dive into two dynamic days of hands-on learning with expert coaching, featuring:

  • 🌊 Foiling Essentials: Understanding the fundamentals of foiling
  • ⚙️ WASZP Rigging & Mechanics: Optimizing equipment for performance
  • 🛶 Flight Control: Perfecting straight-line foiling
  • 🔄 Advanced Manoeuvres: Mastering foiling gybes and tacks
  • 🏆 Competitive Edge: Introduction to short-course racing


This clinic is open to all experience levels, offering a supportive and enriching environment. A social event on Saturday evening may also provide a chance to connect with fellow sailors and mentors over food and conversation.


Cost: €270 for the weekend. Participants are responsible for travel, accommodation, and meals.


How to Apply: Submit your expression of interest as soon as possible. Applications will close either when all spots are filled or 60 days before the clinic, whichever comes first. Successful applicants will be notified at least 55 days before the clinic. Late submissions will be placed on a waiting list.
